Shipping and return conditions

SHIPPING TERMS 

Delivery time is normally 2-4 working days for packages everywhere in Norway. You will receive a tracking number by email once the order has been activated. 

Remember to check your junk mail, as some customers find that mail from us automatically ends up in junk mail. To avoid this later, you can add us to your contact list in mail. 

You can use the tracking number to track your package at www.posten.no. If there is room, the package will be delivered to your mailbox. If not, the package will be delivered to your nearest collection point, and you will receive a message about this. When the package arrives at your post office, you will be notified. 

Remember to pick up the package by the deadline so it is not sent back. If the item is not collected and is returned to us, the buyer will be charged NOK 250 including VAT. The cost covers shipping back and forth as well as administrative costs. 

Shipping outside Norway is estimated to take 7-10 working days until you receive your order. Please note that the delivery time for shipments abroad depends on which country the package is to be sent to, and where in the country the recipient's address is.

 

Customs duties and taxes are additional fees may charged by local authorities and vary country to country.

RETURN CONDITIONS

You can make use of the right of withdrawal. The right of withdrawal requires that the item can be returned in the same condition as when you received it. This means that you cannot undo the purchase if you have used the product. The product must be returned within 14 days of receiving the item.

 

If you want to return the goods, you can send us an email and we will send you back the right of withdrawal form. Print it out, fill in the necessary information and include it in the return package so that we know who the package comes from and which goods it applies to.

How to do it?

  1. Fill in your right of withdrawal form and attach it to your return.

  2. Print the return label. You can buy it at Posten or local post office.

  3. Pack the goods securely in a box. Make sure posters are well rolled up and secured.

  4. Attach the return label and deliver the package to your nearest delivery point.

You can also buy a return label at your nearest post office/delivery point. For Norway, the cheapest option at Posten is if you order a return label online.

As soon as we have received the item(s), we will register this in our system. Information about your return will then automatically be sent to the system of your chosen payment solution and the money will be returned via them. If you have any questions about the payment of your money, please contact your chosen payment solution/bank, as we have no more information after we have registered the refunded amount.
